Order Processing
•     Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
•     Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
•     Pre-orders may have extended processing times, noted on the product page.

Domestic Shipping
•     We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
•     Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
•     All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

International Shipping
•     We ship to select countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
•     Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
•     Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Packaging & Protection
•     Collectibles are packed with care using rigid mailers, Boxes, bubble wrap and packing paper where needed.
•     High-value items may include signature confirmation and insurance.

Address Accuracy
•     Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
•     We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
•     Contact us within 5 days of delivery if your package is lost or arrives damaged.
•     We’ll assist with carrier claims and offer replacements or refunds when applicable.

Returns & Exchanges
•     Due to the nature of collectibles, all sales are final unless the item arrives incorrect.
•     For eligible returns, items must be in original condition and returned within 14 days of delivery.
•     Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
